Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy applies to

“Drawmio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Drawmio website and services. Drawmio is a product name; the operator’s legal name and business contact details should be added here before public launch. This policy applies to the Drawmio website and its spin wheel, random winner picker, raffle number generator, and multiple-winner picker.

2. Information you enter into the tools

Names, options, ticket numbers, uploaded wheel images, settings, and draw results are processed in your browser for the current session. The draw features do not send that content to a Drawmio application server, and the current app does not save it to a Drawmio account or cloud database. It is normally cleared when you refresh, close, or leave the page.

Copying or downloading a result is an action you initiate. The resulting clipboard content or file is handled by your device and browser. Do not enter sensitive personal information into a draw list or display it on a shared screen.

3. Website and hosting information

When your browser requests a page, image, sound, or other website resource, the hosting and delivery providers required to operate the site may receive technical request information such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device information, and referring page. Providers may retain security and access logs under their own terms. The specific provider, retention periods, and processing locations must be confirmed and described here when production hosting is selected.

The current application does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account sign-in, or a Drawmio cookie-based profile. The wheel requests a same-site list of available sound files so it can populate its sound setting.

4. Messages you send us

If you contact us by email, we receive the address and message you choose to send, along with information included in the message. We use it to respond, provide support, and handle related follow-up. We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.

5. Why we use information

We use information to provide the website and its tools, respond to support requests, protect the service against abuse and security incidents, diagnose service failures, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell participant lists or use them for advertising.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We may rely on providers that host, secure, or deliver the website. Those providers process technical information needed to perform their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. The current draw tools do not send participant lists or results to these providers through a Drawmio draw API.

7. Storage, security, and international processing

Draw lists and results remain in page memory rather than being stored by Drawmio. No online service can promise absolute security. Website infrastructure providers may process technical request data in the locations where their systems or support operations are based. Their actual locations and safeguards depend on the production provider selected.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

You can avoid entering information, remove entries before leaving the page, and clear page state by refreshing or navigating away. If you have contacted us, you can ask about access, correction, or deletion of your correspondence, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs. Privacy rights vary by location. Contact us at privacy@drawmio.com.

9. Children

Drawmio is a general-purpose tool and is not designed to collect children’s personal information. Teachers, parents, and event organizers should supervise use by children and avoid entering sensitive details about them. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the request.

10. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when the service or its data practices change. We will update the effective date above when we publish a revision. Material changes to how draw entries are handled will require the policy and product behavior to be updated before that processing begins.

11. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@drawmio.com. The operator’s legal name and mailing address should be added before public launch.
